QuickManifolds uses two key technologies to design and manufacture your manifolds
automatically. These are: |

• Autorouter Technology: This is a VEST’s patented technology to route manifolds
automatically. This uses
mathematical algorithms to quickly design manifolds that have the lowest
number of x-drills and
volume subject to the design and manufacturing constraints provided
to it.
• XML Data Structure: VEST’s VEST-XML data structure provides a common platform
to store and transfer date
from circuits drawings, to manifold design and to manifold manufacturing.

Behind QuickManifolds is a server farm that process your manifold designs. The server
farm uses a queuing
mechanism to make sure your jobs pass from one process to another quickly.
